Plum & Paddle is our fall seasonal, and it likes to take its time. Dark fruit and petals up top, something firm and wooden underneath. It's pretty at first sniff, with a little sting waiting at the end. Think cold nights, candlelight, and a good beechwood paddle hanging where everyone can see it.
